STUDY OF THE FACTORS AFFECTING BUSINESSES' SATISFACTION WITH THE QUALITY OF LOGISTICS SERVICES IN NAM DINH PROVINCE

Abstract

Logistics helps effectively handle input and output for businesses; helps optimize the process of transporting raw materials, goods, services, etc., increasing the competitiveness of businesses. Researching the factors affecting businesses' satisfaction with the quality of logistics services in Nam Dinh province is an urgent issue that the authors chose to research. Primary data collected from 260 businesses operating in Nam Dinh province. Data are processed using SPSS 20 software. Research results show that there are 3 factors that affect the satisfaction of businesses using logistics services in Nam Dinh province: reputation and capacity, process service and prices. From there, the authors draw scientific conclusions, contributing to improving business satisfaction with the quality of logistics services in Nam Dinh province in the period 2024 - 2030.
