FACTORS AFFECTING PARTICIPANTS SATISFACTION ON THE QUALITY OF VIETNAM SOCIAL INSURANCE PAYMENT

Abstract

Social insurance payment is one of the main and important tasks of the social insurance. Ensuring full, timely and safe payment to beneficiaries of social insurance regimes directly affects the daily lives of millions of beneficiaries, contributing to ensuring political security and social order and safety .This article focuses on studying the current payment of social insurance benefits in Vietnam, satisfaction rating of social insurance participants with the payment, thereby determining the level of influence of factors on the satisfaction of social insurance participants.
