APPLYING SARIMA MODEL AND PYTHON PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE TO FORECAST RAINFALL IN NAM DINH PROVINCE FOR THE YEAR 2024

Abstract

Rainfall plays a critical role in the life, livelihoods and production of people, especially in a province focused on agriculture and fisheries like Nam Dinh. The study focuses on applying the SARIMA time series forecasting model to predict rainfall for the year 2024 in Nam Dinh province. Additionally, Python programming language will be utilized to assist in the computational aspects of forecasting, aiming to develop the most effective and efficient forecasting model.
