RESEARCH ON THE EFFECT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL TO THE WORK EFFICIENCY OF GARMENT INDUSTRY EMPLOYEES IN NAM DINH CITY

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the influence of psychological capital on the working performance of garment workers in Nam Dinh city. Four job-specific attitudes of employees studied are job satisfaction, organizational commitment, work stress, and intention to quit. Research has shown that psychological capital and its components have a positive effect on employee performance. On the basis of the research, the author offers suitable solutions to increase psychological capital capacity, change attitude to work as well as increase employee's work efficiency.
