SOME RECOMMENDATIONS TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PRIVATE ECONOMIC SECTOR IN AGRICULTURE IN VIETNAM DURING THE INTEGRATION ERA

Abstract

This article clarifies the role of the private sector in agriculture during the period of international integration. The private sector is increasingly demonstrating its strength in the process of agricultural economic growth. Based on an analysis of the current state of private sector development in agriculture in Vietnam, combined with a comparative analysis of private sector development models in agriculture in several countries, the article summarizes international lessons learned for Vietnam and recommends six solutions to promote the development of the private sector in agriculture in Vietnam during the period of international integration.
