SOLUTIONS FOR COLLECTIVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND COOPERATION IN NAM DINH PROVINCE TO 2030

Abstract

In recent years, the collective economic sector (KTTT) and cooperatives (HTX) in Nam Dinh province have developed in both quantity and quality. Many models of Knowledge-based economy and cooperatives operate effectively, bringing many benefits to members, contributing to socio-economic development, poverty reduction, ensuring social security, and building a new countryside. However, besides that, the operation of KTTT, HTX still has some limitations and shortcomings. The article presents the current status of the operation of KTTT and HTX in Nam Dinh province in the period 2011-2020, gives evaluation and comments, thereby proposing solutions to develop Knowledge-based economy and cooperatives in Nam Dinh province to 2030
