GENERAL RESEARCH ON DIGITAL BANKING IN VIET NAM

Abstract

In line with the trend of digitization in the current industrial revolution 4.0, digital banking tends to thrive in Vietnam as well as many countries around the world. The development of digital banking and its application not only increases profits for customers but also brings many practical values ​​to users. From the perspective of the user experience, the article mentions some basic issues about digital banking such as: the definition of digital banking, the basic benefits that digital banking brings to the banks themselves, for users and for the economy; learn about the difference between digital banking and internet banking as well as introduce some digital banking development trends that banks are applying in Vietnam.
