EMPLOYMENT POLICY FOR RURAL LABOR IN NAM DINH PROVINCE

Abstract

The issue of employment is always concerned by the State in general and the leaders of Nam Dinh province in particular, and there are also oriented, encouraged and developed policies, especially policies for rural employees. This study focuses on analyzing the achieved results and limitations in the process of implementing policies to create jobs for rural employees in Nam Dinh province. Therefore, the researcher proposes some solutions to improve the efficiency of employment policies for rural labor in Nam Dinh province in the coming time.
