CURRENT SITUATION OF RESPONDING TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND SOLUTIONS TO ENHANCE THE RESPONSE CAPACITY OF TRAVEL BUSINESSES IN HANOI

Abstract

The current COVID-19 pandemic is considered a crisis of unprecedented magnitude. For travel businesses in Hanoi, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused great impacts to businesses and employees. Facing that situation, travel businesses in Hanoi have had strategies to respond to changes from the outside in order to reduce immediate damage. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the capacity of enterprises to respond to the pandemic, the study proposes a number of solutions to respond, recover and develop for travel businesses in Hanoi in the volatile business environment.
