Abstract

Automated production systems have been and are being implemented in modern production in Vietnam as well as worldwide. Accessing these systems will help students better understand the principles of operation, operation and control methods, as well as control programming. Currently, the installation of automated production systems has been a focus and investment for university. However, with a large number of students and the system being equipped to apply only to a specific type of product, it has not yet met the training needs. This article presents the calculation of designing a modular automated production system to reduce the workload for students in practical rooms and allow students to access a new production system. An automated filling system with a capacity of 1000 bottles/hour with modules include cap feeding, bottle feeding, conveyor, filling, labeling, and packaging, which can operate independently as well as connect to each other to create a complete system. Learners can operate, program, and connect the modules within the system..
