Abstract

In response to the demand for sustainable development and the green transition trend, green human resource development (GHRD) is a key factor for both enterprises and local authorities. To identify the factors influencing GHRD, the study surveyed 300 respondents in Nam Dinh province and analyzed the data using SPSS 20 with the following methods: Cronbach’s Alpha reliability testing, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and multiple regression analysis. The results reduced the initial seven factors to three main components: organizational capacity, employee awareness and capability, and support from governmental agencies. All three were found to have a positive impact on GHRD, with organizational capacity being the most influential factor. The study contributes to shaping human resource policies aligned with the goal of sustainable growth in local enterprises.
